1. General Statement: At The Wywies, we are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and safe experience. Managed by Henry Property Services, we strive to provide clear information about our property to help guests with specific needs make informed decisions about their stay.

2. Physical Access & Property Layout: Please be aware that The Wywies is a heritage 1920s beach bungalow located on a sloping block. As such, the property has specific physical characteristics:

Stairs: Access to the property and movement between levels requires the use of stairs. There is no elevator or mechanical lift on site.
Terrain: The outdoor paths and garden areas may have uneven surfaces typical of a coastal block.
Wheelchair Access: Due to the historic architecture and stair-only access, the property is not suitable for guests who require a wheelchair or have significant mobility restrictions.

3. Interior Accessibility

Living Areas: Once inside the main level, the open-plan living and dining areas offer a spacious layout.
Lighting: The property is well-lit with a combination of natural light and modern lighting fixtures to assist visibility.
